Tope Adekoya

CEO 7-FIFTEEN CAPITAL LIMITED

Tope is a Co-Founder and the Managing Director of 7-Fifteen Capital Limited, as well as the company’s recently launched affiliate, Husk Collections & Projects Limited, a hospitality business offering serviced apartments and related recreational facilities. His professional and entrepreneurial experience covers various functions in several industries, including real estate development, technology, integrated marketing communications, retail, healthcare, and energy. Before his current position, he was the managing partner of Bilateral Data and Communications Nigeria Limited (“BiComms”), an integrated marketing communications agency in Nigeria.

He holds an MBA from Oxford University’s Said Business School, an MSc in marketing and advertising from Coventry University, and a BSc in Economics. Tope currently serves as a director on the boards of Elephant Healthcare Nigeria, Verdant Homes Development & Property Limited (“Verdant Homes”), BiComms, and Green F&E Company Limited.

Adesuwa Belo-Osagie

CEO 7-FIFTEEN CAPITAL LIMITED

Adesuwa is a Co-Founder and Director, Legal and HR, of 7-Fifteen Capital Limited, as well as the company’s recently launched affiliate, Husk Collections & Projects Limited, a hospitality business offering serviced apartments and related recreational facilities. A graduate of Harvard University, Adesu wa is a dual-qualified (England and Nigeria) lawyer, currently practising as a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. Before her current position, Adesuwa worked as a solicitor with international law firm Clifford Chance LLP, in London, England, as a member of the ‘Corporate-Private Equity’ team, and her role involved advising on a range of local and international M&A transactions for global, regional, and emerging market financial investors, including major private equity houses, infrastructure and private equity real estate funds, and other financial institutions.

Adesuwa currently serves as a director on the board of Nigerian pension fund administrators Pensions and Alliance Limited and of Verdant Homes. She acts as a legal advisor to Metis Capital Partners Limited, serves on the SME100 Africa Youth Global Council, and chairs the 7-Fifteen Philanthropic Foundation for the Advancement of Social Welfare.

Allwell-Brown Tamunokuro Emmnauel

COO - 7-FIFTEEN CAPITAL LIMITED

Emmanuel joined 7-Fifteen Capital Limited as the Chief Operating Officer in March 2021. He has been at the forefront of positioning the business and its affiliated entities for growth and sustainable success. He is a seasoned corporate services professional with a diverse career portfolio spanning nearly 15 years across the educational, financial, telecommunication and real estate services sectors in Nigeria.

Allwell-Brown was educated at the University of Calabar, Nigeria where he obtained a degree in Political Science and Administration. He has specialised training in Compliance, Corporate Planning and Strategy.

Emeka Azuh

TECHNICAL ADVISER - 7-FIFTEEN CAPITAL LIMITED

Emeka serves as the Technical Advisor at 7-Fifteen Capital Limited, and leads the Project Management Office. He is responsible for managing and coordinating all projects under the company’s umbrella. Emeka is also involved in developing strategic plans and technical policies and processes as an instrument in driving organizational success. As an experienced professional builder and certified Project Manager Azuh Emeka brings nearly 15 years of construction and managerial experience from diverse projects in the delivery of civil and infrastructural construction, luxury residential developments, commercial and retail construction on projects such as Jabi Lake Mall, MTNN Golden plaza refurbishment, Shell IA office building and helicopter hanger, etc
